Here, there, and everywhere on the Long Trail

An AT thru-hiker once remarked that, to be successful on the trail, you have to want to hike the trail. In other words, completing the trail is a worthy goal but the essence of the enterprise is wanting to be outside, to walk, to explore, to play, to take solace, to be present. That was my mantra and my azimuth during my trek. I hope this chronicle of my journey inspires you to create your own.
